Jan Řeřicha is the former Head of Product at Easy Redmine, where he shaped the product vision, strategy and roadmap during a key growth phase. With nearly a decade in the IT industry, Jan started in consulting, quickly advanced to lead the consulting department, and later worked as a PMO, improving project structures through better documentation, refined project phases and knowledge-sharing practices.
Since moving into product management in 2022, Jan led the product team at Easy Redmine with a strong focus on customer needs, user behaviour and market trends. He worked closely with development, clients, partners and company leadership to bring practical features like Work Breakdown Structure and Agile Resource Management to life.
Known for his respect for structure and belief in decentralised leadership, Jan created a space where team members could take ownership and drive innovation. His approach combined strategic thinking with hands-on project management experience — always aiming to deliver real value to teams using Easy Redmine every day.
