Jan, Head of Product at Easy Software, is responsible for defining and executing our product strategy dedicated nearly a decade to the IT industry. Starting in consultancy, he swiftly rose to lead the consulting department. As a PMO, he improved project organization by implementing lessons learned, documentation, and refined project phases. Since 2022, Jan has transitioned to product management and is now the Head of Product.
His responsibilities include defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap and engaging with development teams, customers, partners, and company management. Jan values respect and order, fostering an environment that encourages leadership, proactivity, and decentralization, empowering his team to innovate and drive success. With a deep understanding of user needs and market trends, he leads our product team in developing innovative features and enhancements that deliver value to our customers.
