2024
Version 14 introduces Easy AI designed to enhance individual productivity and boost team collaboration. It includes Personal AI with three assistants: Knowledge Assistant, Write Assistant, and AI Task Summary, all aimed at supporting individual work habits. Additionally, Project AI with AI Project Planner and AI Project status helps project managers with project planning and providing quick project statuses. Service AI now featuring HelpDesk Assistant, supports IT service management department by providing structured answers and quicker support.

Version 13 presents cutting-edge Scrum Boards, crafted based on insights from 200+ teams practising the Scrum methodology, and in tandem with a Scrum.org™ certified expert.

The new version 12 brings innovative Agile Resource Management, fresh visuals and new design of Easy Redmine.
2021
The new Easy Redmine 11 is now available, featuring a native mobile application, new modern interface, and the most advanced technologies (Rails 6, Ruby 3.0, Sidekiq and others). The 11+ release is coming out in the fall with a new B2B CRM and an improved HelpDesk.

The major innovation is the Risk Management feature.

The Help Desk is updated by Easy Redmine for improved customer care and smoother processing. Key features are customizable Help Desk statistics, SLA reports, and automatic email follow-ups from tickets.

The Easy Redmine platform has now over 3 000 business users.

Easy Redmine is much more than a project management software. It is the complex community platform, including templates, and training.

Easy Software launched the first set of free plugins that extend Redmine, in order to support the Redmine community.

Easy Redmine includes integrated modules for the entire project life cycle, as well as Help Desk and CRM.

Easy Redmine is used by over 100 clients for efficient project management.
2010
Easy Company with 10 members welcomes the first foreign client on board, greetings to Holland!

The first Easy Redmine is released. It's an Open Source Project Management plugin based on Redmine that primarily includes modules for project financing.

Redmine is implemented as an internal project management software.
