Business Plan – now with Easy AI Basic
The Business Plan includes Easy AI Basic, a package of five assistants to support everyday work:

Platform Plan – advanced AI for service management
The Platform Plan introduces two advanced AI assistants:
Knowledge Assistant Pro → connects directly to your Knowledge Base and Confluence to deliver context-aware, data-driven answers, securely powered by your internal data.
HelpDesk Assistant → drafts answers directly in tickets, ensures consistent communication across the team, and can even read screenshots for faster resolution.
These additions make the Platform Plan the right choice for organizations looking to transform their service management with AI.

HelpDesk Assistant
This AI-powered tool drafts responses for your helpdesk operators, leveraging historical data and Easy AI's advanced language model to provide accurate, contextually relevant answers. Essential for Customer Service teams.
What’s new:
- It replies to the client’s last message while considering the full conversation history.
- AI can read images attached to tickets and generate accurate responses based on their content.

- Core features include SLA tracking, automatic email updates, customisable statistics, and project-linked ticket workflows.
- Ideal for teams that need an integrated yet straightforward ticketing system.
HelpDesk Premium (add-on) - HelpDesk enriched with AI-powered HelpDesk Assistant
- Available as an add-on to Essential and Business plans.
- Provides enhanced features such as advanced dashboards, extended reporting, and tools for more complex customer support scenarios.
- Enriched with AI-powered HelpDesk Assistant:
- Drafts faster, more accurate replies based on your internal knowledge.
- Suggests relevant resources or documentation directly within tickets.
- Reduces response time and improves consistency across agents.
For Platfrom and Enterprise clients, both HelpDesk and HelpDesk Assistant are already included in the plan, with no need for additional add-on.
