TL;DR
Starting February 2026, Easy AI is being rolled out to Easy Redmine Cloud and will be provided free of charge for Business Plan and Platform Plan clients, delivering measurable time savings on writing, summaries, status reporting, multilingual support, and knowledge reuse directly inside existing workflows.
Where project time disappears
In project delivery, the hours don’t just vanish in meetings. They vanish after the meeting: rewriting updates, summarising long threads, preparing weekly status reports, and translating information across teams.
That “small” work creates big drag:
- Delays: status reports slip, handovers get slow, decisions happen late.
- Inconsistency: each PM reports differently; stakeholders get mixed signals.
- Context switching: people bounce between tickets, docs, chat, and external AI tools losing focus and traceability.
Luckily, the solution exists!
Easy AI is being rolled out to Cloud
Starting February 2026, we’re gradually rolling out Easy AI to Easy Redmine Cloud clients (rollout is ongoing). For Cloud customers on Business Plan and Platform Plan, we will provide this feature for free without any additional charge.
AI features that you get according to your subscription plan
Easy AI Basic (for both Business and Platform Plan users) includes five Assistants designed for everyday project work:
- Write Assistant: Turn rough notes into well-written content. Choose the tone and style you need for perfect emails, updates or documentation.
- AI Task Summary: Summarise tasks, comments, and meetings into short updates so you can see what matters and stay on track.
- AI Project Planner: Review project content to suggest next steps and help build a plan that’s realistic and ready to go.
- AI Project Status: Automatically generate project status reports that give teams and stakeholders a clear picture of progress.
- Knowledge Assistant Lite: A lightweight AI assistant for quick answers and writing support, ChatGPT-like, with no setup or collections required. Ideal for teams that want general guidance without any integration.
Platform Plan users have two more AI Assistants at their disposal:
- Knowledge Assistant Pro: Connected to your organisation’s internal Knowledge Base, or other forms of resources, and delivers accurate, context-aware answers from project documentation, data, and processes ensuring consistent, tailored insights across the team.
- HelpDesk Assistant: Uses AI to draft fast, context‑aware support replies, reduce human error, and ensure consistent, resource‑linked responses, even interpreting screenshots to help support teams handle customer inquiries more efficiently.
A bit overwhelming? Take a look at the table below:

What our customers value most about Easy AI
Based on customer conversations focused on Easy AI and its Assistants, these benefits come up repeatedly:
- Time savings on repetitive work: drafting ticket responses, summarising statuses, and turning discussion history into a clean “what matters” summary, basically using AI Project Status and Knowledge Assistant.
- Multilingual enablement: translation and writing suggestions help teams support multiple countries without needing language-specialist agents. This is possible thanks to Write Assistant.
- Knowledge leverage: less dependence on senior experts, as teams reuse existing assets (e.g., Knowledge Base, Confluence, historical tickets or documents), allowing first-line agents to draft accurate answers faster.
How “normal” AI adoption really looks
Our AI adoption report revealed that the level of AI adoption varies from organisation to organisation. If you’re wondering where to begin, these results show what “normal” looks like across organisations:
- Only 3% prohibit AI entirely.
- Most (58%) start with individual experimentation or small pilots.
- 19% have moved to AI embedded in their existing tools, where adoption tends to stick.
- 14% are in a mixed phase, scaling from pilots while standardising usage.
- Just 6% are already using AI for automated workflows across processes.
Turn Easy AI into measurable wins
We encourage your teams to speed up your AI adoption. Start with a quick pilot to measure time saved per ticket or report, then scale user access to turn those gains into faster response times, more consistent communication, and happier customers.
The expected result? A more productive support team, measurable time saved per ticket, and happier customers—especially when tested through PoCs or pilots.
