Daniel Zach
Daniel is the COO at Easy Software and CEO of Easy8.ai, where he combines his love for challenge with a sharp focus on building meaningful tech solutions. His journey has been anything but typical—he’s a lifelong athlete who once trained for the Olympics, and the founder of Strive High, a non-profit that helps disadvantaged youth through sport.
Daniel’s career path reflects his belief in doing things with full commitment. He started in tech by leading projects at SAP, then stepped into bigger roles—managing teams, handling crisis projects in venture capital, and eventually running his own company. Along the way, he’s worked across app development, healthcare, automation, user experience, and AI, always looking for ways to make systems work better for people.
At Easy Software, Daniel is leading the implementation of the WorkOps framework, helping shift the company toward more adaptive, cross-functional collaboration. He’s also at the forefront of AI adoption, championing a practical, people-first approach: using AI to support (not replace!) human talent.
