What is the PBI?
The Product Backlog Item (PBI) in Scrum represents a piece of work that the development team intends to do. PBIs are the elements that make up the Product Backlog, which is a prioritized list of features, requirements, and other work items for the product. PBIs can take various forms such as user stories, defects, experiments, or other types of work items. There is no strict format, as long as it helps the team understand what needs to be done. PBIs should contain a description of the work, an estimate of the effort required, and an assessment of the business value.
