What is the roadmap for AI features in Easy Redmine?
Easy Redmine AI roadmap is designed to support real work across real teams—from Help Desk to project planning. AI features are already available in the platform and continuously evolving to support smarter, faster, more context-aware work.
Available now (since version Easy Redmine 14)
Easy AI was introduced with core assistants for three main areas:
Personal AI
- Knowledge Assistant: Answers questions using selected Easy Project data and user-uploaded resources.
- Task Summary: Instantly summarises tasks with long histories.
- Write Assistant: Helps write assignments, improve texts, translate content or correct grammar.
Project AI
- Project Planner: Upload a contract or spec—Easy creates the full Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt timeline for you.
- Project Status: Generates smart status reports using task history and comments—no manual input needed.
Service AI
- HelpDesk Assistant: Prepares replies to support tickets using past tickets, your documentation, and internal databases.

Easy AI Basic (included in Business plan or as an add-on to Essentials)

Knowledge Assistant Pro (Platform plan or add-on): Chatbot enriched with custom data: PDFs, website content, task history, internal Knowledge Base, Confluence.
HelpDesk Premium AI (Platform plan or Help Desk add-on): Ticket replies based on custom data collections.
Automation workflow, integration, AI agents (2025)

- Automated workflows with n8n: Connect your Easy Project to other apps (email, CRM, DevOps, etc.). Automate project updates, status syncing, document generation, and more—visually, with no code.
- AI agents: Build autonomous agents that run daily summaries, ticket triage, or contract-to-project conversion. These agents combine AI power with platform automation to save hours every week.
