Since July 2020, Interia has been part of the Polsat Plus Group—a leader in the Polish media and telecommunications sector. Managing a complex IT infrastructure and numerous digital projects required us to implement a robust, scalable, and flexible support system. 

Challenges before Easy Redmine implementation

Interia was struggling with siloed tools, as neither Redmine nor Odoo fulfilled the company’s needs.

  • Redmine: Stable and intuitive, but functionally limited—especially for multi-team projects and advanced automation needs.
  • Odoo: Extensive features but very demanding in terms of hardware. With our user volume, the system ran slowly, and its different interface complicated team adaptation.
