Sharing knowledge with Redmine Knowledgebase is easy! You can assign a knowledge entry to a specific user or a group of users, who you can search for in a pop-up list. In addition to that, you can assign knowledge to a specific task, or to global, perosnal or project database, either within the Knowledgebase or using side menu while on the task, with Drag &Drop.
Access Your Knowledgebase Anytime & Anywhere
Knowledgebase is easily accesible on any other page of your Redmine through the side menu. You can search for a relevant knowledge entry using the side menu and assign it to project or task using Drag & Drop.
Personalise Your Knowledgebase
Redmine Knowledgebase by Easy instantly provides you with three subsections: knowledge recommended specifically for you, the latest and the most used knowledge. Existing knowledge entries can be added to and excluded from your personal favourites.
Save Time by Organizing Your Knowledge
Any task or update, that may containes important information and should be kept for future reference, can be place into knowledgebase or documentation. When creating a new knowledge entry it can be categorised into personal, global or project database. Keywords can also be assigned to simplify knowledgebase search in the future.
