Scheduler: Shifted dates

Before:
Created meetings show an incorrect time when timezones are changed for one of the users.

Now:
Fixed. Created meetings show a correct time, even when timezones are changed for one of the users.

Scheduler: A task drag-and-drop bug

Before:
After dropping a task into the Scheduler, it does not save it and after the page refresh, the task is still on the left side of the Scheduler and not inside of the calendar.

Now:
Fixed. The drag-and-drop feature works well for tasks in Scheduler.

A partial admin is unable to unblock users

Before:
A partial admin with "Users" management permissions could not unblock a user who got blocked due to many incorrect password entries.

Now:
Fixed. A partial admin with those permissions is able to unblock a user who got blocked due to many incorrect password entries.

Inconsistent task priority sorting between the task list and Easy Gantt

Before:
Inconsistent task priority sorting between the task list (Urgent -> High -> Normal -> Low) and Easy Gantt (High -> Low -> Normal -> Urgent).

Now:
Fixed. The task priority sorting is consistent.

Capital letters for nouns in the German language (notifications)

Before:
In the e-mail notifications, some nouns in the German language were misspelled in lower case.

Now:
Fixed.

XLSx file import failed

Before:
An error occurred while trying to import the XLSx file using the EasyEntityImports::XlsxSimpleImporter.
