All in one application - that is Easy Redmine
RTL Radio use Easy Redmine to maintain help desk, resources, attendance and of course all IT and software projects. We like the complexity - using all-in-one solution is just wonderful.
The official Easy Redmine release is 6.1. Compatible Redmine version is 3.0.3.
Uploaded files, documents, attachments - short URL for sharing
1. Click on the button next to a file.
2. Select when the URL expires. Select whether you want to provide the document to an external user.3. Click create and the short URL and a QR code is generated.
Knowledge Base upgrade: Module for dashboards, Custom fields on knowledge posts, Recommend a post to a group of users
1. Knowledge posts can be added to customizable pages (My page, Project overview, Helpdesk, CRM and all of the others)2. Knowledge posts can be expanded with Custom fields3. Recommend a post to a group of users
Logging spent time via email
This feature is available to use with Helpdesk plugin. When replying to a notification from a task you can add keyword Spent time: 1h30m and time will be automatically logged to the task.
The values must be added in form of hours and minutes, NOT decimal values. In general the form is Spent time: [hours][non_number][minutes]
Spent time: 1,6 (1 hour and 6 minutes)
Spent time: 1h30m (1 hour and 30 minutes)
Spent time: 0.90 (90 minutes)
Mass edit of sprint
When using the Agile board, you may come accross situations, when it is useful to be able to change sprint of more tasks at once. Now it is possible via context menu (right click) on task list.
New partial admin sections
You can delegate 3 new sections to users, who are partial admins:
